A. For each illustration, it typically takes about 3 to 7 days, depending on the content. Please feel free to consult with us regarding your budget and schedule, even if you are still in the planning stages.
Q. Please explain the production process.
A. We proceed as follows: [Consultation → Estimate → Order Placement → Rough Draft Creation (First Review) → Line Art/Coloring (Second Review) → Delivery].
Q. How many revisions are possible?
A. We do not impose a limit on the number of revisions, but significant changes or revisions that require going back through previous stages may incur additional fees.
Q. What data formats can you accept for delivery?
A. We can deliver files in formats such as JPEG, PNG, and SVG. ※ If you require AI files, an additional fee will apply. Please inform us when requesting a quote. ※ We do not provide After Effects (Ae) or Premiere Pro (Pr) project files.
